A Mediator Committed to Fairness, Empathy, and Resolution.

My practice is founded on more than 20 years of diverse legal experience and a genuine passion for helping parties find a better way forward. I believe a successful mediation is built on trust, a balanced perspective, and a tireless commitment to achieving closure. This page provides a full view of my philosophy and the professional credentials that underpin my practice.

Where My Commitment to Mediation Began

Over 20 years ago, as a junior attorney just out of law school, I attended my first mediation. The case involved workplace conflict, breach of contract, and wage claims, and it seemed destined for a costly trial.

I was immediately impressed by the power of mediation to allow the parties to look past their differences and build their own resolution. That experience never left me, and it sparked a career-long interest in helping others find closure outside of the courtroom.

Empathy and Understanding

The most critical step is listening. I am dedicated to fully understanding the positions, interests, and emotional drivers of all parties involved to ensure everyone feels heard and respected.

Diligence and Persistence

A resolution isn't always reached in the first meeting. I am known for my willingness to go the extra mile, following up with counsel and exploring every possible avenue to get the case settled.

Balanced and Fair Perspective

Having successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants, I bring a uniquely balanced view. This allows me to appreciate the strengths and weaknesses on both sides.
